Manage and oversee the production for over 20 concerts during the Summer and Winter Seasons. Plan, schedule, and implement production and technical aspects of the Festival. Create and manage records and documentation for the production department, including stage plots, schedules, call sheets, show flows, and inventories. Supervise production operations to ensure a safe, professional environment, and collaborate with a wide variety of constituents, including management, artists, directors, musicians, and venue staff. Manage and maintain a 7-figure budget.

October 2025 / Design Assistant April 2024 - Present
Design exhibit lighting for medium to large scale experience spaces. Support the lead project designer(s) by providing equipment research and 2D/3D drafting support. Translate designer mark-ups into project design documents and produce design documents such as: lighting and AV plans, details and elevations, control diagrams, schedules, reports, and specification packages.

Schedule and organize all aspects of rehearsals and performances. Facilitate daily communications between the show and appropriate administrative and production staff, call all technical cues for performances, create and maintain the prompt book, and supervise all run crew and operators for tech rehearsals and performances. Create all appropriate paperwork regarding tracking props, costumes, and scenery shifts and maintaining the artistic integrity of the production during the show run.

Responsibilities as a Lighting Designer, Associate Lighting Designer, and Assistant Lighting Designer include creating renderings, paperwork, detailed design drafting, and collaborating with other members of the design team to successfully execute a production.

Function as an event manager, responsible for assisting groups and organizations through the planning phase up until the event is actualized. Oversee and plan programs and events, including theatrical productions, concerts, large-scale social events, training sessions, conferences, and presentations. Handle the scheduling and booking for various venues and meeting spaces, and coordinate staffing. Familiar with Fire Marshal oversight and safety regulators.

Rotate between departments including, MA Lighting Software Support, MA Lighting Hardware Support & Repair, and Fixture Support (including Ayrton, Robert Juliat, and MDG).
Test customer problem reports, attend a 2-day MA software class. Test Zactrack implementation and bugs. Also learned preventive maintenance and basic electronics repair, tested MA lighting equipment, and provided fixture support.
